Scan, organize, and export documents on your iPhone or iPad. CZE Scan processes your scans, text recognition, and signatures on your device, without a CZE Scan account, advertising, or analytics.

Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, CZE Scan version, and a short description of what happened. If you send a screenshot, remove any personal or confidential information first. You do not need to send your documents to get help.

Your documents

Your library is stored on your device. We cannot access or recover your documents. Export copies you want to keep before deleting the app. Copies you share or save to other apps are managed by those destinations.

Purchases

Apple handles CZE Scan Pro purchases. If a previous purchase is missing, use Restore Purchase in the app with the Apple Account used to buy it. For a refund, visit Apple’s purchase support.
